Data Deletion Instructions

Public legal and informational pages should feel clear and lightweight, not like another landing-page hero.

Page content

Effective date: October 13, 2026

MetaMind Social, operated by MetaMind Digital Pvt. Ltd., uses Facebook Login and other social media logins to connect accounts that we manage. You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1: Remove the app from your Facebook account

  1. Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites (under Your activity or Security, depending on your version of Facebook).
  3. Find Social Media Management and select Remove.
  4. Confirm the removal. This immediately revokes our access to your Facebook account, Pages and connected Instagram accounts.

Removing the app stops all further access. To also have the data we already hold deleted, send us a request as described in Option 3.

Option 2: Disconnect the account inside MetaMind Social

If you have an account on the Service, go to Channels, open the connected Page or profile and choose Remove. This deletes the stored access token for that account and stops data collection from it.

Option 3: Ask us to delete your data

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

  • your name and the email address used with the Service (if any);
  • the Facebook Page, Instagram account or other social media profile the request relates to, or your Facebook user ID if you interacted with a Page we manage.

We will confirm receipt within 7 days and delete the associated personal data, including access tokens, profile information, published-content records, comments, messages and insights, within 30 days. We will email you when deletion is complete. We may keep limited information where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.

What gets deleted

  • Access tokens and connection details for your social media accounts.
  • Profile and Page information received from the platform.
  • Comments, messages and engagement data stored for your accounts or about your interactions.
  • Analytics and insights stored for your accounts.
  • Your user account on the Service, if you have one.

Content that has already been published to a social media platform stays on that platform until you delete it there.
